Vadacurry….You will be surprised when you’ll get to know why this movie has got this title, as it has nothing to do with the story. Saravana Rajan former associate of Venkat Prabhu have learnt well from his guru, and have also cast him in this movie. Saravana makes a good debut as an director with this tasty dish. Which is good right from the first bite.

Jai and Swathi make a good and cute pair on screen. Jai have as usual kept us entertained throughout he is adding up as romantic, comedy and action hero like he said “coming soon..coming soon” well he have made his mark. His performance was good.

Swathi had a short screen space but she did her part well, which was well supported by Misha Ghoshal as her friend in the movie. Misha is slowly showing the signs of becoming a lead, hopefully we’ll get to see her soon. Kasthuri was seen on screen after a long gap with a decent part.

Sunny Leone,Venkat Prabhu,Premgi and Mahat gave their brief appearances at right places, which added good flavor to this Vadacurry. The much hyped Sunny Leone’s song did not live up to the expectations, but Sunny was on hips and lips of entire audience in the cinema hall, who got a great applause.

Well well….this chap can’t stop talking, RJ by profession and now slowly catching up with the comedian space. He was outstanding of the awesomatic performance, he makes you laugh endlessly until it hurts. His timing is impeccable RJ Balaji as Vadacurry was mind blowing.

The camera work by Venkatesh was racy which was well supported by Praveen & Srikanth editing, they made sure it does not dull out even for a moment and kept the length of the movie short and sweet. Music by debutante Vivek  & Mervin was good, the background score was great.

Saravana Rajan took one or two great tips from his guru, which reflects in the screenplay, there were good twists and turns. Which keeps you engaged all the while with right ingredients for a comedy thriller.

This Vadacurry is been prepared well with good ingredients, which makes this a tasty and spicy comedy-thriller!!!!

+’s – Good direction with funny performances by Jai and Balaji.

Rating: 3.75/5.
