Directed by Robert Raaj the film has story screenplay and dialogues written by Subish chandran. Maalai Mangum Neram fame Prakash Nikki has composed the songs. Maayam Kaana Vaarayo, the theme song written by Kabilan Vairamuthu is the voice of a haunted house which welcomes the tenants who are new to the place.
